Terms & Conditions - Tarot & Transformation for Beginners.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and participation in the Tarot & Transformation for Beginners online course (the “Programme”). By enrolling, you agree to the following:

1. Course Details

The Programme is delivered online and includes live sessions (with replays available), course materials, and guided practices.

Access details will be provided upon successful enrolment and payment.

The Programme fee is £249 (inclusive of VAT).

2. Payment Options

Full Payment: £249 (inc. VAT) due at time of enrolment.

Payment Plan: 3 monthly instalments of £83 (inc. VAT) each. By choosing the payment plan, you commit to completing all instalments, regardless of whether you complete the course.

3. Code of Conduct

This Programme is designed to be a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all learners.

By participating, you agree to:

Treat all participants with respect, regardless of background, identity, gender, worldview, or belief system.

Contribute to a supportive, non-judgemental, and encouraging learning environment.

Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour, or inappropriate communication.

The facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant from the Programme if their behaviour breaches this Code of Conduct. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

4. Access & Usage

Course content is for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or resold.

The Programme is for educational and personal development purposes. It is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

5. Refund Policy

I want you to feel supported and confident in your learning journey. That’s why the following refund policy applies:

If you decide within the first two weeks of the Programme that it is not meeting your expectations, you may request a partial refund.

Refunds will cover the remaining portion of your course fee, up to a maximum of 60%.

From week three onwards, whether sessions are attended live or via replay, the Programme becomes non-refundable.

Refunds must be requested in writing via email, including the reason for your request.

6. Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on your own effort, commitment, and application of the practices taught.

The Programme is offered in good faith. No liability is accepted for any loss, damage, or outcomes resulting from participation.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
