Terms & Conditions - The Foundations of Tarot.

The Foundations of Tarot is a self-paced online course designed to give you a clear, confident grounding in Tarot — from understanding the cards and their meanings to reading them with intuition and structure.

1. Access
Upon purchase, you'll receive lifetime access to The Foundations of Tarot via our online learning platform, ThriveCart Learn, subject to the continued availability of the ThriveCart platform. Access is granted for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed. We are not liable for any loss of access resulting from ThriveCart ceasing operations, discontinuing services, or otherwise becoming unavailable, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and explore alternative access arrangements should this occur.

2. Payment
Payment can be made in full or via an available payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, it's your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available for each instalment. Should a payment fail, your access to the course will be automatically suspended until the outstanding payment is successfully processed.

3. Refunds & Cancellation
This course is a digital product delivered with immediate access upon purchase. By completing your purchase and accessing the course materials, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and expressly waive your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. As such, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued, including in cases of non-completion or change of mind.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your access to the course pending resolution.

The course is hosted via a third-party platform, ThriveCart. While we aim to ensure reliable access, we are not liable for any interruptions, outages, or access issues caused by ThriveCart or other third-party services outside our control.

9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with this course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the course.
